The cool part of that particular assignment is that as we consider how we work a program our minds will automatically look for examples of times we did and those we didn’t. We as humans can’t help but benefit from it; it’s just the way we are. We can’t help but experience growth if we put in just a few minutes a day.

For this month there’s a follow on: What are some examples of when you “get off the beam?” Take 5 minutes a day and reflect on what your greatest challenges are in maintaining a healthy life. Consider the choices you have. What could you change? And, as with last month, find someone to support you in your self examination.
