For this month’s post I’d like to ask the readers to consider the meditation of what working a program means to them. What are the actions you take? How often do you do take these actions? How do you know when you’re getting “off the beam?” And what do you need to do when you do get off track? Finally, are you pleased with the results? For best results, spend 5 minutes a day for the next 10 days on the meditation.
I have a follow on request regarding this meditation: Please share it with another person who is involved in your growth process. It doesn’t matter if the person is your sponsor, priest or counselor just talk to them about the meditation and what you learned from it. This is asking you to take a huge risk but there is a very good reason for it. If you follow through you will grow from the experience. This process always results in a new level of awareness and a stronger commitment to change. (And, yes, you have to do both parts to get the full benefit.)
