Honesty

Inside each of us is a door
And behind this door is a secret
And this secret is what keeps us stuck

When we open this door
And bring this secret into the sunlight
And share this secret with another

We start the path to freedom

Open your door
Speak the truth
Be free
Now

There are times when a thought, such as this one, comes into my mind fully formed.  I find it hard to make additions or to change it because it expresses the thought so completely.  If there is one idea that I would add it is the importance that those we share with are healthy and have a high level of honesty.
